Louis Vuitton Is Really Pushing The Limit With This $2.6K Skateboard

Louis Vuitton is one of the biggest high-end fashion brands in the business. The brand’s status truly is in a league of its own. As the fashion house continues to dominate in the luxury space, it seems to be pushing the boundaries by releasing a $2.6K skateboard.

Although Louis Vuitton is known for its high prices, a skateboard for $2.6K is pretty “off the wall.” Their website claims that “This Skateboard encapsulates Louis Vuitton’s unconventional spirit while exhibiting masterful craftsmanship. The vibrant watercolor pattern decorating the board is a theme echoed across the Summer 2021 Collections. A true collectors’ item, it is finished with Monogram-engraved wheels and Monogram screws demonstrating the House’s minute attention to detail.”

While the board does show Louis Vuitton’s expressive creativity, the splashes of blue, pink, and yellow are not worth multiple rent payments. This is something that I could get my hands on for a few hundred. The brand is truly pushing it if it thinks that the board is worth $2.6K.

If you have the money for it, hopefully you plan on taking care of it. If you have the money to spare, then by all means skate on the board as much as you want. As someone who isn’t absurdly rich, I personally would try to preserve it. How about buying two (one to keep in the box and one to play with)?
