The social media app TikTok has helped to propel many artists and musicians to stardom (especially as of late). You can look at the Billboard charts if you don’t believe me (if a song is trending on TikTok, you’ll likely see it on the charts). There is no doubt that the app has given us many gems, including UK pop singer PinkPantheress. Now, this TikTok phenom is on the heels of dropping her debut mixtape, To Hell With It.
PinkPantheress first saw success on the app with her track “Pain.” I’m sure you know the lyrics: “it’s eight o’clock in the morning, now I’m entering my bed. Had a few dreams about you, I can’t tell you what we did.” If you aren’t getting an earworm from reading those lyrics, you definitely haven’t listened to the song enough. Anyways, the success that she saw with “Pain” was quickly followed by other trending sounds from tracks such as “Passion” and “Break It Off,” propelling her further into stardom.
With the success she garnered through TikTok in 2021, it’s only right that a debut project drops during the same year. The ten track mixtape has a runtime of 19 minutes, bringing fans a short and sweet experience. Take a look at the full tracklist below.
