With a bit of help coming his way, Kanye West seems to be ready to bounce back from his mediocre Jesus Is King album. Fans everywhere recently found out that Dr. Dre and Kanye are reportedly teaming up to drop a sequel to Kanye’s latest album: Jesus Is King Part II.
On November 18th, both artists posted on social media teasing that they are working together on a new project. Kanye West and Dr. Dre each posted a photo together on Twitter and Instagram respectively, with the caption reading: “Ye and Dre Jesus is King II coming soon.” This is just barely a month after the release of the original Jesus Is King, which fans had mixed reviews on.

Dre and Ye are both known for lying about album releases, leaving many rightfully skeptical. Fans on Reddit are definitely sketched out by this quick announcement! User u/gchar12 on r/Kanye asked, “Is this coming out before WTT2, or KSG2…or Good Ass Job… or the album with Travis?” This user definitely has a point! It’s no secret that fans are still waiting on Detox by Dr. Dre along with Yahndi and Cruel Summer.
